We have had invested a lot of time and energy to design and built top quality mold for these kind of parts, because they are actually quite tricky as accuracy is very tight while the part is relative big and plastic shrinkage is also tricky. The traditional way is that we need to build prototype tool to test best rate of anti-deformation so that we can implement these pre-anti-deformation rate onto part when making harden tool. But in this traditional way, it takes much longer time and the cost is high; by the help of water-assisting technology, the lead time and actual tooling cost for water tank parts are significantly decreased. This is a good example of embracing new technology all the time!
To get good molds for those complex shape feature of water tank parts, proper injection system, proper steel and proper mechanical designs are all critical. We have long term good relationship with steel suppliers of German steel like Schmiede werke Gröditz, Swedish steel like ASSAB. All the related steel we used, we can provide original steel certificate and will be shipped together with the tools.
