But in this traditional way, it takes much longer time and the cost is high; by the help of water-assisting technology, the lead time and actual tooling cost for water tank parts are significantly decreased. This is a good example of embracing new technology all the time!
To get good molds for those complex shape feature of water tank parts, proper injection system, proper steel and proper mechanical designs are all critical.
