Medical molds are very demanding molds, and the product inspection standards are extremely high. In addition to high-precision processing, it is necessary to understand the use of this product and the national inspection standards of the Quality Supervision Bureau. Some products require more clinical tests to determine whether they are qualified or not:

1. The main difficulty of the needle is that the dimensional accuracy of the core of the needle tip is not easy to control, even if the equipment with high processing precision may not be able to process it in place; the size of the Luer connector at the bottom is designed according to the slope of 6:100, which must be strictly in accordance with the national Standard detection, the actual accuracy may be 0.005-0.01mm, otherwise there will be water leakage, and the core processing scrap rate is very high.

2. The control of processing accuracy is particularly important, because the puncture needle product is very small, the smallest hole size is only 1mm in diameter, and the concentricity of the core must be ensured, which is a test of the accuracy of mold processing personnel and processing equipment. When selecting processing equipment, we choose imported high-speed lathes, and try to use equipment that has not been used for 5 years, because the actual processing accuracy of equipment that is too old has deviated, which will directly affect the molding of the product. The needle head should be made of red copper electrode, which is not easy to wear. After the high-speed fine carving is in place, the mold is matched, and then the mirror electric spark is used to hit it in place (here, it is necessary to pay attention to the control of the processing spark gap).

3. The choice of the water gate: generally this kind of product will use a multi-cavity design structure, the mold uses imported hot runners to transfer latent glue, because the glue port is on the slope, it is easy to have the glue mouth situation, at this time the EDM of the latent glue It is especially important that the spark gap should be within 0.01 as much as possible.
