Thread un-winding/un-screwing mold structure is one of the art among all tools. It can be very tricky if without sufficient knowledge and experience in them.
When part screws/threads are in outside, it is much easier to form; but for those parts with internal threads/screws, it can be challenge.

How important a quality mold is for plastic injection molding mass production?
So what would be happened if a mold maker uses cutting corners and shoddy methods to control material costs and processing costs just in order to improve their internal profits, instead of putting themselves into the mold users’ (mold buyers, customers’) shoes by considering injection molding production costs, product quality, and delivery time, Visual dynamics, and mold life?
