3rd step is to peel the jacket (plastic cover) on the cable line in the length as per set up.
4th step is peel the shield layer
5th step is to groom the conductor after peeling the cable jacket (plastic cover) and shield layer
6th step is to automatically wrap copper plate
7th finish the cable with copper connecting plating wrapped
Last but not the least, each of the above procedure has precision CCD checking system to control the processing quality.
The machine can run upto hundreds of different programs which made this automation line very compatible for different length of cable lines, and different type of wraps.
By slightly adjustment, it can also used to wrap cable lines in different sizes and lengths with different shape of copper plate.
