Totally there are 18 working stations to assemble 7 components. Every component is assembled, checked and inspected in full automation.
The key point for this machine is for assembling the spring. It must be in specific position in specific spring bounce rate.
After function inspection, the good parts will be released and the NG parts will be discharged accordingly.
