The stiff plastic plug are manually uploaded to holder, then the machine will automatically press in with spring. After spring pressed in, the machine will automatically adjust the spring position by blowing.
The final assembled parts will be function tested by high pressure, and to be taken out automatically.
However, this can also be designed an built in full automation as per customers’ request.
